Our main task was to design modern R-Assistance&Concierge service with a focus on simplification and availability improvements. Additional task was to inform clients that Raiffeisen offers more than just financial services and change image of the bank.
During the process we created four personas. We used visual thinking, sketching, future thinking, physical prototyping, video-prototyping etc.
Main effect of our work was prototype of Concierge smartphone application. Additionaly we created prototype of TodoBox smartphone application and prototype of device with the same name. Moreover, we created a board game that explains through play what is a Concierge and how much help the Concierge Service is.
